I've only gained a total of 2 lbs and my stomach was measuring about 4 weeks too small at my 28 week checkup, so the midwife ordered another ultrasound to make sure the baby's OK. It turns out that he is actually measuring only about 1 1/2 weeks too small. This was somewhat comforting but at the same time, since they've already moved my due date back 5 days, they are hesitant to do so again. I will probably end up having to get another ultrasound at my checkup in 4 weeks to see how he's doing. We are praying that he will start gaining weight.
One comforting thing is that my sisters' pregnancies have been somewhat similar to mine - neither of them gained very much weight either, so hopefully mine will be the same.
